Mindfulness Hike at Eagle Reserve in Royalston

Are you feeling stressed in your day to day life, or looking for a space to get outside? JoinCharlotte Weltzin for this Mindfulness Hike to find your quiet place in nature at Eagle Reserve Conservation Area in Royalston. Take the time to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with nature and yourself.

Charlotte is an experienced Kripalu trained yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness Teacher who loves using Nature as Nourishment for all layers of body, mind, and spirit.  She teaches yoga classes, offers individual consultation, and runs a Yoga Training School in Orange.  In a world where we can feel so lost, spending mindful time in nature can be a way of deep reconnection to fully find ourselves so that we can bring the best version of ourselves into our daily lives.

The trail is an accessible 0.3 mile long crushed stone path. More information on the David H. Small Community Trail can be found here. There will be additional opportunities for self-guided hikes on the property after the guided portion.

All experience levels are welcome. Dress appropriately for the weather. Registration is required and you will receive a confirmation email after RSVPing. There is a cap of 16 participants for this event. Please direct questions to Community Engagement Coordinator Amanda Carotenuto at carotenuto@

Rain Date is scheduled for Sunday, June 19th. We will inform all participants if the event is re-scheduled.
