Chicken Thighs with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

8 chicken thighs 

1/2 tsp kosher salt 

2 cups cherry tomatoes  

6 whole cloves garlic  

1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar  

1 1/2 tsp olive oil 

2 sprigs rosemary  

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  

Arrange thighs in casserole and sprinkle with salt.  

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place in bowl with garlic, vinegar, and oil. Mix and put on and around chicken.  

Top with rosemary.

Bake for 45 minutes.
