Description: Discover archery in a beginner-friendly course led by a skilled archer. We will begin with the fundamentals, including becoming familiar with the equipment and practicing appropriate postures to improve your aim. Archery is a practice of focus and awareness, incorporating breathwork and mindfulness techniques. Time spent learning this practice in nature can help calm the nervous system and connect with the community. Learn a bit about the historical significance of archery through the ages and begin to feel how you might draw up your own warrior spirit!
