We’re launching something new at Mount Grace—Maintenance Mondays, a monthly hands-on volunteer crew that helps care for our trails and conservation areas!
Join us on February 23rd at Marchmont — one of our one of our newest Recreation & Conseration Areas for our second monthly volunteer work day. Volunteers will assist with clearing and remarking the trail and we’ll walk the scenic loop trail that snakes through the 400-acre property.
When: February 23rd 10:00AM – 12:00PM (canceled if there is a snowstorm).
Location: Marchmont Conservation Area | 463 Maple St, Winchendon, MA 01475
Parking: Due to parking limitations, we will be meeting at the Harbor Restaurant, which will be closed, at 463 Maple St, Winchendon, MA 01475 and carpooling to Marchmont from there.
What to Bring: Please dress for the cold and snow with warm gloves and layers. If you have them, please bring loppers, handsaws, and hammers, but tools will be provided. Water and Snacks will also be provided.
