  • Sunday, November 9, 2025
    10 AM – noon

Events

Location: Cutthroat Brook Tree Farm, parking area just before 586 Briggs Road, Athol

Date & Time: Sunday, November 9th | 10 AM - 12 PM

You may have seen the Triple Oak Tree when she was featured in the show “The Americas” this winter. This year we have been gathering at this amazing tree in every season, and heading out, led by Susie and Ben Feldman, on walks to explore the wonderful trails in the forest around her. Join us to celebrate the tree as her leaves turn and enjoy whatever we come upon as we meander the trails together.

Susie will lead a two-mile journey on old roads and trails to one of the highest spots on the property in the northern part of Cutthroat Brook Tree Farm. Mount Grace’s Caitie Dwyer-Huppert will lead a one-mile walk for younger children and those who would enjoy a shorter stroll. We will visit Mermaid Pool and cross several streams in the realm where mermaids and gnomes reside together. Please wear good walking shoes for the forest trails.

Please arrive at 10 a.m. Susie’s two-mile walk will head out at 10:15 and the children’s walk will start at 10:30. We will return to the tree for refreshments. Please join us for this free, family-friendly event for all ages! Rain or shine!
