Winchendon Forest Conservation Celebration

Description: Mount Grace will join with Winchendon and Ashburnham friends and neighbors on Tuesday to celebrate protecting more than 1,300 acres of hills and forests in both towns! This was made possible thanks to a $5M investment by DFG and DCR, Mass Audubon’s 30x30 Catalyst Fund, Mount Grace’s partnership and by overwhelming grassroots support from the people of Winchendon and Ashburnham, who rallied together in 2023 to call for the land to be protected instead of turned into a massive solar development. 

Event Location: North Ashburnham Road in Winchendon, Mass.

Parking: Parking on site is extremely limited. Please park at 727 Spring St., Winchendon, MA 01475. Shuttles will be provided to and from the event, starting at 10:30 AM.
